The MISSION is dedicated to the DEVELOPMENT of a DIVERSE population of TEENS (12-18) and YOUNG ADULTS (19-24); including low-to-moderate geographic areas, to cultivate ACCESSIBILITY, EXPOSURE & OPPORTUNITY to build positive perspectives of life with an emphasis on HIGHER EDUCATION, ECONOMIC and COMMUNITY development.
Meet the Founders
Derrick Robinson and Ceretha Robinson, both natives to the challenging environment of Marianna, Arkansas, are passionate Community Leaders in McKinney, Collin County, Texas.
The Robinsons’ commitment extends beyond AEYL, with both actively engaging in leadership roles in community organizations. Derrick’s philosophy centers on molding the next generation, providing real-life examples to follow, while Ceretha, a triple-threat as Minority-Women-Veteran Owned Entrepreneur, emphasizes the importance of business and community engagement. United in their dedication, Derrick and Ceretha Robinson embody the AEYLWAY, serving as inspirations for positive change.
